Shipment of items
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of making payment to receive your order (although most orders are received within 2 to 6 business days).
If you would like to know tracking number of package please check additional field in your order. All orders ship via Fedex ground except international and PO Box shipments which go USPS. Non US customers receive packages via Fedex or UPS.
You will automatically be emailed tracking info once your items ship if ordered on the web site. You can track the progress of your package using this information at Fedex.com. If you do not receive a tracking number via email from Fedex within 4 business days from making payment please email us with a request and include your shipping name, order date and address that you made payment with. We must have all of this information to look up your order.
